Technology was held in Singapore on February 24-26, 2018. The
conference is featured

presentation and social program.
One best
presentation will be
selected from
each parallel
session, evaluated from: Originality, Applicability,
Technical Merit, Visual Aids, and English Delivery.
Prof. Maode Ma, Prof. Shum Ping, Prof. Anthony (Tony) Brown, Prof.
Lela Mirtskhulava were invited to deliver the keynote speech at the
conference. Within the 3 days conference, there were 7 sessions
focused on the topics including Wireless Communication and
Transmission Technology, Electronic and Communication Engineering,
Communication and signal processing, Computer Science and Software
