ICCET 2019

Invitation

We are happy to announce 2019 2nd International Conference on Communication Engineering and Technology (ICCET) will be held on 12-15 April, 2019 in Nagoya Institute of Technology, Nagoya, Japan. It is our privilege and pleasure to invite you to the conference.  It aims to be an excellent setting to discuss the current progress in Communication Engineering and Technology related fields, the development based upon new concepts, and the advances in modern Communication Engineering and Technology, especially Advance on Emerging Networking Technology and other related fields. It provides a platform for scholars, scientists, engineers and students from universities and industry all over the world to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster further research relationships between universities and industry.

Please consider participating the conference as authors, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors, or listeners. We hope to have your distinguish name on the attendee list. Proceedings

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the conference technical program committees and international reviewers. 

Accepted (Registered and Presented) papers will be published in the ICCET 2019 proceedings.

The conference proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Ei Compendex and Scopus and reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Important Dates

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:

  • Submission Deadline: November 15, 2018
  • Notification of Acceptance / Rejection: December 5, 2018
  • Paper / Presentation Registration: December 20, 2018
  • Listener Registration: April 5, 2019
  • Final Program: March 15, 2019
  • Conference Sessions: April 12-15, 2019

Submission Methods

1). Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper.

2). Oral Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just want to make an oral presentation without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.

Japan Visa

Please look at the list of the countries that have the visa exemption agreement with Japan. If your country is included in the list, you usually do not need to apply for an entry visa to Japan. If your country is not included in the list, you need to obtain a short-term stay visa (“tanki-shouyou visa” in Japanese) from the embassy of Japan in your country. Read carefully the Japanese visa guide provided by the ministry of foreign affairs. For entry into Japan, a VISA may be required for attendees from some countries.

Invitation Letter

Please note ICCET2019 is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter issued by the organizing committee.

* Invitation letter will only be issued upon request after successful registration.

Should your application be denied, ICCET cannot change the decision of the consulate, nor will the organizing committee engage in discussion or correspondence with the consulate or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
